A seam that gave up early, a face that arrived different from the picture, a duplicate gift. It happens, and the path back is short.
Where returns live
Your purchase sits in your account with our retail partner, and so does the return. Open the order there, pick the item and follow their return flow; it prints the label and tells you where the parcel goes. The money moves back the same way it came in, on their schedule.
We do not handle parcels in either direction, so please do not post anything to an address you find for the workshop. A toy sent to us has simply taken a detour away from the people who can settle it.
Before you pack it up
If the problem is a workmanship question rather than a wrong order, a quick photo to the workshop can be worth it; sometimes what looks like a flaw is a design choice we can explain, and sometimes it truly is a flaw and we want to know about the batch either way.
